Key Responsibilities: Supervising classes across a range of subjects, ensuring students are engaged with the work set by their absent teacher. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive, productive learning environment. Providing additional support to individual students or small groups as needed. Maintaining classroom order and discipline while adhering to the school's behaviour policies. Assisting with various administrative tasks and supporting school-wide activities. Reporting back to teachers on students progress, behaviour, and any issues. Requirements: Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting, but not essential. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects as needed. A genuine interest in working with secondary school students and contributing to their development.
