Reward Manager/Lead

Your new company Our client is a well-known forward-thinking organisation with various entities across the globe. Your new role With transformationacross the business, the Head of Global Reward is looking to add a number 2who'll be responsible for the full cycle, including benchmarking, annual rewardcycle and reward governance. You'll be responsible for being able to translatedata for key stakeholders and be able to back your findings with a confidentapproach. With the support ofthe Global Lead, you'll also be responsible for working closely with the PeopleTeam in delivering benefits strategies, managing relationships with vendors andsupporting the global mobility policy. What you'll need to succeed You'll have a strongunderstanding of all things rewards and have extensive knowledge of the annualreward cycle, WTW (or equivalent) and some foundational benefits' coverage.You'll be data-led in your findings and have strong communication skills with abreath of knowledge across the full reward process. This role will suit you if you are on short notice or immediately available.
