About the Opportunity

An excellent opportunity for a Block Property Manager to join a growing residential property management business, taking ownership of an established portfolio with strong specialist support and opportunities to develop.

We're looking for someone with experience managing residential blocks, including some exposure to higher-risk buildings (HRBs). You don't need extensive experience – around one to two years could be sufficient – but you will need the confidence, practical knowledge and sound judgement to take ownership from the outset, together with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
