We have opportunities across greater London, including North London, Essex and Kent for experienced Retrofit Ventilation Installers.

Key tasks Attending residential properties to fit trickle vents
Removing internal and resizing internal doors
Preparing walls for instal of extraction units
Mange any other additional prep work
Skills & Experience Demonstrable success in a similar role
First class focus on customer service
Familiarity with Building Regulations (Part F) regarding domestic ventilation.
Strong commitment to onsite safety protocols and risk assessment.
Clear verbal and written skills for resident liaison and digital job reporting.
