Factory Operative Job Details & Benefits; * £39,655.20-£41,839.20 Per Annum * Monday to Friday * 06:00am- 18:00pm * 12-hour shifts (2 hours break paid) * Weekly pay * Potential to obtain FLT Licence * Opportunities to train and progress * 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays * No bank holiday or weekend working * Uniform provided once permanent * Company pension scheme * Permanent role after 12 weeks * Free parking Factory Operative Job Details; As a Factory Operative you will be required to carry out a variety of duties such as operating machinery, feeding a conveyor belt, palletising and other general factory duties. The environment is loud and labour intense therefore applicants need to be physically fit and able to lift 15kg.
