Supporting on strategic reward initiatives, this will include global benchmarking, salary reviews, EU pay transparency and job grading, assisting with both adhoc and cyclical compensation processes and projects.

With global exposure to strategic reward projects the role will play a key part aligning compensation frameworks, compliance and legislation.

This position will suit a Compensation/Reward professional with experience of compensation benchmarking and analytics, incentive design plans and job grading.

Alongside strong analytical and numerical skills you will have proven experience in project management and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Based in central Manchester, the company operates a hybrid working pattern with 2-3 days/week in the office. xwzovoh
