Production Line Operative Temp to Perm Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN4 7PW Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Contract: Full-Time | Temp to Perm Shift Options Monday to Friday: 5:50am 2:00pm Monday to Thursday: 1:50pm 12:00am Important: Due to the midnight finish on the afternoon shift, own transport is essential , as public transport is not available at this time.

Join a Leading Manufacturing Business Quest Employment is currently recruiting experienced Production Line Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Brackmills, Northampton.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity , offering long-term stability and the chance to secure a permanent position with a respected employer.

The Role As a Production Line Operative, your duties will include: Working on a fast-paced production and packing line Packing, labelling and preparing finished products for dispatch Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards Loading, moving and handling materials (heavy lifting is involved) Assisting with the setup and operation of production machinery Keeping the production area clean, organised and safe Following all health and safety procedures and company policies What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need: Previous production line or packing line experience within a manufacturing environment A good level of physical fitness and confidence with manual handling Excellent attention to detail A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude The ability to work effectively as part xwzovoh of a team What's in It for You? £12.71 per hour Weekly pay Full-time, ongoing work No weekend working Temp-to-perm opportunity Friendly and supportive working environment Excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with a successful manufacturing business If you have production or packing line experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with genuine permanent prospects, we'd love to hear from you.
