About the Field Service Technician role As a Field Service Technician, you will travel to customer locations to keep ATM units and surrounding areas clean, safe, presentable and working to the high standards expected by Cennox and its customers. This Field Service Technician position is a great opportunity to learn how field operations work, gain customer-facing experience and build the foundations for a future career as a trained Field Service Engineer. Responsibilities * Carry out scheduled cleaning and basic maintenance visits across assigned locations. * Clean ATM screens, keypads, fascia, cash dispensing areas, touchpoints and surrounding areas to a high standard. * Follow route plans, cleaning schedules, service-level agreements and health and safety requirements. * Use approved cleaning materials and methods to protect sensitive equipment. * Record completed work accurately using handheld devices or mobile systems. * Report visible damage, faults, vandalism or security concerns promptly. * Keep your company vehicle, stock and equipment organised and ready for each day. * Represent Cennox professionally when working independently in public and customer-facing environments. Requirements * A full valid UK driving licence is essential. * A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn new skills. * Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping sites clean, safe and presentable. * Confidence working independently, travelling between multiple locations and managing your day responsibly. * Basic IT skills to update jobs and complete service records on mobile devices. * A flexible approach to work and a positive attitude towards training and development. * Experience in cleaning, facilities, field-based work or customer service is helpful, but not essential
