Warehouse Supervisor Telford Permanent position Salary 41 - 47k DOE Rotational shifts (Apply online only) / (Apply online only) Working days: Monday to Friday Benefits: 31 days of holiday (inc.BH) increasing with LOS Pension Scheme Life Insurance Healthcare Plan We are seeking a responsible and experienced supervisor (Cell Leader) to join in our Semi Automated Distribution Centre. The successful candidate will be operating within a high complexity environment and demonstrate a sound understanding of a distribution centre processes and have a keen interest in robotics/automation. Within the distribution centre there is a number of heavily automated elements, including robots therefore a successful candidate must have some exposure in operating automated equipment. It is essential to have: Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good planning, analytical, and problem-solving ability. Experience with WMS / warehouse systems and stock control. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high complexity environment. High level of numeracy and literacy. Experience delivering against KPI targets. Understanding of Health & Safety requirements in a warehouse environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience of continuous improvement / Lean / Kaizen. Ability to motivate and engage teams to achieve objectives. This role is UK based and does NOT have sponsorship opportunity.
