A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertake a range of projects within multiple sectors have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join them on permanent basis, working on new build and refurbishment projects within the education sector up to 5m.

The company have been around for a very long time and have a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa 50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. As a business, they carry out a range of work including new build, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between 100,000 and 10m in value, with a range of public and private clients.

They have recently been awarded a number of projects as part of a 4 year framework agreement within the education sector, carrying out a range of new build and refurbishment projects to schools and academies in the Southern Counties.

They have a project due to commence in a couple of months in Surrey, a 3m new build school which will last approximately 1 year. They also have a number of other projects due to commence within the area over the next 4 years as well and are looking for somebody to join them on a permanent basis.

Experience:

• Track record working on education projects for a reputable main contractor
• Experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to 5m in value
• Understand the 2-stage D&B procurement route
• Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
• Presentable with strong client facing skills
• Excellent man management skills
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
