FISH PROCESSOR/FILLETER

Fish Filleter – Crieff, Perthshire Ochil Foods Ltd Full-time – Monday (very limited hours), Tuesday to Saturday, 6am – 4:30pm variable Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience We’re looking for a skilled and experienced fish filleter to join our team at our fish shop in Crieff. This is a skilled, hands-on role that sits at the very heart of what we do — preparing the finest quality fresh fish and seafood for our customers. Buying fish from markets Monday – Friday, buying from wholesalers & retailers throughout the week •       Filleting, skinning, pin-boning and portioning a wide range of fresh fish •       Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety at all times •       Supporting the shop team during busy periods as required Proven experience as a fish filleter or fishmonger •       Fast, accurate knife skills with an eye for quality and presentation •       A solid understanding of food hygiene requirements, food hygiene certificate desirable — training can be provided •       40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience •       Staff discount on our range of fresh fish, seafood and speciality food products •       The chance to practise and develop your craft in a quality-focused independent business Ochil Foods has been at the heart of Scottish food for over 45 years.
