As a Client Advisor, you will deliver a highly personalised and elevated client experience, building meaningful relationships with a discerning, fashion-aware clientele from day one.

The Role:

• Deliver a refined, client-centric experience aligned with a modern luxury aesthetic

• Act as a true ambassador, embodying the tone and values of the house

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships

• Drive individual sales performance and exceed targets

• Develop strong product knowledge and styling authority

• Support the successful launch and growth of the concession

• Maintain exceptional standards across the shop floor

• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team

Requirements:

• Experience within luxury fashion retail

• Strong track record in a client-led, results-driven environment

• Naturally attuned to contemporary, directional fashion

• Confident working with a high-profile clientele

• Proactive, commercially aware, and detail-oriented

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Genuine passion for modern, understated luxury
