Service Technician

Pay: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year Job Description: Our client is seeking a Service Technician to join their growing team. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll maintain and service medical equipment based on site at 2 local hospitals, ensuring high standards of care and customer satisfaction. * Service, repair and clean our clients and competitor products * Plan daily tasks for maximum efficiency * Carry out unplanned and PPM and repairs * Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers * Deliver exceptional customer service * Handle equipment safely and follow health & safety protocols * Maintain van stock and complete accurate paperwork * Support additional duties as required by management * Participate in the on-call rota What We’re Looking For Training will be provided for the right candidate. * Manual handling and driving skills * Emotional resilience when working with vulnerable customers * Knowledge of medical equipment such as profiling beds and hoists * Understanding of infection control and inventory management Other desirable skills and experience: Training will be provided for the right candidate * PAT Testing Here’s what you can look forward to, beyond the salary: * Generous Annual Leave – 34 days to start, rising to 36 with service, plus your birthday off every year!
