Job Title: Timesheet Manager Location: Hemel Hempstead Job Type: Permanent, Monday – Friday 8am – 5:30pm Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience Overview: Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Timesheet Manager to join an established Plant Hire company based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join a leading provider of Plant Hire and Haulage service throughout the UK who are currently undergoing remarkable growth whilst supporting the UK’s Construction sector. In this position you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of operator timesheets, supporting payroll, monitoring revenue and maintaining strong relationships with the operators and customers. This is a fast-paced role where organisation, accuracy and the ability to work to strict deadlines are essential. Responsibilities: * Manage high volumes of operator timesheets, ensuring they are processed accurately and within weekly deadlines. * Ensure operators are paid correctly and on time, maintaining accurate timesheet and payroll records. * Review and process operator expenses, ensuring all payments are accurate and compliant. * Liaise with customers and operators to resolve queries and ensure timesheets are approved promptly. * Produce and analyse regular reports, cross-checking timesheet, payroll and operational data to identify discrepancies. * Verify timesheets against invoices to ensure accurate billing and revenue reporting. * Review telematics data and investigate any discrepancies or issues requiring further action. * Support the management and scheduling of the company's digital timesheet processes. * Complete regular operator compliance checks, ensuring information is accurate and processes are followed correctly. * Work closely with Recruitment, Payroll, Operations and other internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
