Are you detail-oriented, organised and passionate about maintaining high standards? A long-established and successful food manufacturing business is looking for a Quality Control Assistant to join its production team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring products meet strict food safety, quality and compliance standards. Working closely with production and quality teams, you'll help maintain excellent standards throughout the manufacturing process.

The Role

As a Quality Control Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out quality control checks throughout the production process
• Monitoring and recording product, fridge and freezer temperatures
• Maintaining accurate production, defrosting and quality records
