About the role
Work on world-class automotive chips. Build your career with one of the industry's leading semiconductor companies.
Location: Edinburgh, UK (Hybrid)

I'm working exclusively with a global semiconductor company that's continuing to invest heavily in its Digital Verification team.
They're looking for experienced Verification Engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems, building robust verification environments and working on products that will be used in millions of vehicles worldwide.
If you're looking for more technical ownership, long-term career progression and the chance to work alongside some of the industry's most experienced engineers, this could be an excellent opportunity.

You'll join a collaborative verification team developing complex automotive SoCs and IPs, working closely with RTL designers, architects and software engineers throughout the full development lifecycle.
This is a hands-on verification role covering everything from planning and testbench development through to coverage closure and debugging.
Responsibilities
Develop SystemVerilog and UVM verification environments
Create reusable verification components and testbenches
Write assertions and functional coverage
Debug complex RTL and simulation issues
Drive verification activities from planning through to sign-off
Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams
Help improve verification methodology and best practice
About You
You'll ideally have experience with:
SystemVerilog
UVM
ASIC or SoC Verification
Functional Coverage
SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA)
RTL Debug
Verification Planning
Experience within automotive or safety-critical semiconductor development would be beneficial but isn't essential.
Why Apply?
This is an opportunity to join one of the world's leading semiconductor companies, working on complex silicon that's deployed in real-world automotive applications.
You'll be part of a stable, collaborative engineering team with excellent technical mentorship, genuine opportunities for progression and the chance to work on products that have a global impact.
