- New Opening Robbies Bar Location:Lisburn Salary: £30,000 £35,000 + bonus potential Hours: Full-time (including evenings & weekends) Robbies Pub is a brand-new venue opening soon, and were looking for an experienced, driven Bar Manager to take charge from day one.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Setting up and managing day-to-day bar operations
- Recruiting, training, and developing your team
- Creating a welcoming, lively pub atmosphere
- Managing stock, cellar, and supplier relationships
- Driving trade through events, music, and promotions
- Managing rotas, costs, and performance
- Ensuring compliance with NI licensing and safety regulations What Were Looking For:
- Experience as a Bar Manager (or strong Supervisor ready to step up)
- Someone who thrives in a start-up / new opening environment
- A natural leader who leads from the front
- Strong xwzovoh organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of stock control and bar operations
