Graduate Production Laboratory Technician

Graduate Laboratory Production Technician Berkshire £22,000k 30 hours per week – rotating shifts Driving licence required. We are recruiting a Graduate Laboratory Production Technician to join an established animal healthcare manufacturing team. This hands-on opportunity would suit either a recent science graduate or someone with production experience who is comfortable working at technician level. The role: Carry out manufacturing and packaging operations in accordance with SOPs. Work to GMP, quality, hygiene and health and safety standards. Complete in-process checks, environmental monitoring and batch documentation. Operate production equipment and perform basic maintenance and changeovers. Report deviations, safety concerns and mechanical issues promptly. Support process improvements and wider departmental projects. Maintain accurate records and a safe, organised working environment. About you: A science-related degree is preferred but not essential. Manufacturing, production or laboratory experience would be advantageous. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach. Comfortable following regulated procedures and completing documentation. A proactive and collaborative team player. Shift pattern: The role operates on a rotating three-week pattern: Monday–Wednesday, 7:30am–6:00pm Seven days off Thursday–Saturday, 7:30am–6:00pm Sunday off Monday–Wednesday, 7:30am–6:00pm
