CNC Turning Technician

Job Role: CNC Turning Technician Location: Mansfield Salary: £18.66 per hour Metalis are currently working with an Aerospace manufacturer, who are looking for an experienced CNC Turning Technician to join their team. Job Duties: Set, operate and program CNC lathes Read and work from engineering drawings Work to tight tolerances Provide technical support to team leader/supervisor Continuous improvement activities Carry out self inspection on complex components Use a variety of measuring equipment (verniers, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, shadow graphs) Job Requirements: Apprentice training or 5 years' experience Aerospace experience Engineering/Machining qualifications CNC programming experience Experience with Mori Seiki, Mazak and/or Fanuc Salary & Shift: £18.66 per hour Monday to Thursday, 6am - 2pm & Friday, 6am - 1pm If this role is of interest to you, please apply with your CV
