We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy corporate office environment in West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Manager with strong experience in managing workplace services, contractors, compliance and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day facilities management of a corporate office environment.

* Manage hard and soft services, including M&E, cleaning, security and maintenance.

* Ensure all statutory compliance, health & safety and fire safety requirements are met.

* Manage contractors, suppliers and service delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs.

* Monitor budgets, expenditure and operational costs.

* Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.

* Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

* Lead and support onsite teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

* Identify opportunities to improve workplace experience and operational efficiency.

Essential Experience:

* Previous experience in a Facilities Manager role.

* Experience managing corporate office environments.

* Strong knowledge of facilities operations, contractor management and compliance.

* Good understanding of health & safety legislation and building services.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong organisational, problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Desirable:

* IWFM/BIFM qualification (Level 3 or above).

* IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.

* Experience managing M&E and building maintenance contracts.

* Experience using CAFM systems.

* Previous experience within a large corporate or professional office environment.
