Event Stewards (Windsor Illuminated 2026)

Key Recruitment are looking for Event Stewards for the upcoming Windsor Illuminated, held in Windsor Great Park in Egham!

Windsor Illuminated is an annual festive light trail featuring spectacular illuminations, immersive experiences and entertainment in the woodland of Windsor Great Park.

DATES:

Shifts available between Tuesday 15/11/26 – Sunday 03/01/27

14:30-22:30 (shift times subject to change)

£12.71 per hour PAYE

DUTIES AND SKILLS WILL BE:

· Check guest tickets and passes and allow access

· Report any incidents to the relevant safety teams / supervisors

· Enforce venue policies and ensure all attendees adhere to safety regulations throughout the event.

· Proven experience in working events

· Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities during busy events.

· Excellent observational skills with an eye for detail in identifying potential issues.

· Strong communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and emergency personnel.
