Finishing Foreman

Finishing Foreman required to work on a new build residential development based in Reading, Berkshire. Development is 17 houses, Ten 3 bedroom & seven 4 bed. * Assist with snagging, handovers, and customer care processes. * Preparing plots for CML. * Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation. * Help manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics * Experience working on new-build housing developments. * Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced construction environment. * Proactive approach with strong attention to detail. Finishing Foreman will need: CSCS Card SSSTS/SMSTS Would be preferred.
