We're looking for a passionate HLTA to lead learning, deliver interventions, and step into the classroom to teach when needed. You'll play a key role in raising achievement and supporting pupils to thrive.
What you'll do

• Deliver engaging lessons and targeted interventions
• Support pupils' progress, wellbeing, and confidence
• Work alongside a supportive, collaborative team
• Make a genuine difference to children's lives every day

• Has school-based experience and strong communication skills
