Support Worker (Early Years) - 3 Positions Available - Sanderson's Wynd Primary School - EAL12601

The salary advertised is full time (35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Part-time hours / sessional posts will be pro-rated accordingly. Hourly rate of pay:£15.16 - £16.30 This is a 39 week sessional post i.e. working hours will be during school term time plus in-service days. In August 2026 our nursery is moving to a term time setting and we are looking for staff to join our team. Within our early years provision we have a 2 year old room and a 3-5 year old room and the Green Room local authority ASN nursery. We are looking for 3 Early Years support workers to support with the nurture and development of our children in our 2 Year old room and our 3-5 year old room. To work in support of early years 'staff by contributing towards the creation of a warm, friendly, safe and caring environment for children aged 2 –5 years. Must hold an SVQ in Social Services (Children & Young People) at SCQF Level 6 (or an alternative SSSC recognised equivalent qualification). Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate or willingness to work towards gaining it.
