The Role

This is a front-end, client-facing position within a busy Residential Conveyancing team, ideal for someone organised, personable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.

You’ll be responsible for:


  • Handling incoming enquiries from new and existing clients
  • Opening new files and managing initial onboarding processes
  • Booking appointments and coordinating diaries
  • Processing deeds and document requests
  • Supporting the wider team with general admin tasks


What the firm is looking for


  • Previous experience in a conveyancing environment or a strong admin/professional services xwzovoh background
  • Confident communicator (phone and email)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage a varied workload calmly and efficiently
  • Professional, friendly and reliable
