Ohme, a fast-growing cleantech venture, is seeking a Head of People Strategy to build the people infrastructure for rapid scale-up. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will lead the development and execution of the organisation's people capability and transformation strategy to enable high performance and strong leadership.

You will design and embed performance management, drive organisational design decisions grounded in business priorities, and use data to diagnose needs and measure impact.
