OVERVIEW

Join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Redhill. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, with the opportunity to manage a broad private client caseload and play a key role in shaping the future growth and direction of the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a varied caseload covering Wills, LPAs, trusts, estate administration and IHT planning.
• Advising clients on estate planning, succession and wealth preservation.
• Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships.
• Developing referral networks and contributing to business development.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
• Maintaining high standards of client care, compliance and file management.

ABOUT YOU

• Qualified Solicitor , 7PQE+ within Private Client
• Strong experience across Wills, LPAs, trusts, probate, estate administration and IHT.
• Able to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Confident dealing directly with clients and professional contacts.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers. xwzovoh
• Looking to take on a senior role within an established Private Client team.
