What You'll Be Doing You'll be a core member of a backend team designing and delivering the services that sit at the heart of the platform.

In practice, that looks like: Designing, building, and maintaining backend services and APIs Contributing to the migration of monolith systems into modern microservices Writing high-quality, test-driven code using TDD/BDD practices Collaborating with engineers across teams and time zones Supporting system reliability, monitoring, and performance Participating in on-call rotation for production support Mentoring junior engineers and helping raise engineering standards Your Impact The services you build here run at genuine scale.
