Reference: Posted: Location: London, Greater LondonCompany: Planet Pharma GroupContact: ApplicationsEmail: Manager – UK & IrelandA growing aesthetic/healthcare business is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead local marketing activity across the UK & Ireland, driving brand visibility, customer engagement and qualified sales opportunities.The OpportunityOwn and deliver the UK/I marketing strategy across campaigns, content, digital, events and communications.Develop lead-generation programmes that support commercial growth and sales performance.Manage social media, websites, marketing materials and localised campaigns.Plan and deliver conferences, workshops, clinical events and industry activities.Build relationships with customers, KOLs, media and industry partners to strengthen brand awareness.Track market and competitor activity and turn insights into actionable recommendations.Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, assets and campaign performance.Work closely with sales, practice development and wider European marketing teams.About You5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within medical devices, healthcare, aesthetics or a related industry.Strong track record in B2B lead generation and campaign execution.Commercially minded with excellent project and stakeholder management skills.Creative, analytical and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.Confident managing events, digital channels, content and external partners.Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment.Based in the UK; London preferred.Willing to travel across the UK/I and occasionally internationally.Fluent English.A great opportunity for a commercially focused marketer who wants to take ownership of a high-growth healthcare brand and make a visible impact.
