Overnight Store Leader: Build Teams, Boost KPIs

Sainsbury's in Loanhead is seeking a lead nightshift manager to run overnight operations, supervising managers and ensuring replenishment and safety for the next day’s trading. You will plan key events with store leadership and manage performance, attendance, and training in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a £4,500 night-shift premium on top of base salary, four night shifts per week (22:00–08:00), and opportunities for progression within our inclusive retailer.
