ServiceNow Architect

ServiceNow Architect On-site, London Up to £100k My client is looking to add a ServiceNow Architect to their team to help deliver new processes, features and improvements across the platform. We are looking for experience in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation. The role will see you: * Leading the overall design of large-scale ServiceNow applications, delivering high-value technical solutions. * Managing upgrade cycles and implementing new functionalities to enhance user experience. * Continuously improving ServiceNow capabilities and proposing integrations with other tools. * Running architecture governance processes, shaping the architectural strategy to align with business objectives. * Delivering on ITIL processes and ServiceNow solutions. * Working closely with stakeholders, team members, and clients, offering expert input and guiding junior members. * Participating in Design Authority meetings to review and approve technical solutions. Requirements include: * Deep knowledge and experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation. * Experience and knowledge with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript. * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM). * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – advantageous. * Experience in an enterprise environment with multiple integration points
