This is a great opportunity for a strong people leader who understands a CNC/machining production environment and is confident managing a busy manufacturing team. 🔧 About the Role: • Lead and motivate the night shift team • Oversee machining and wrapping operations • Manage production, quality, efficiency and daily targets • Support training, development and continuous improvement • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety 🎯 What We're Looking For: • Previous people management or supervisory experience is essential • Understanding of CNC/machining or a similar manufacturing environment • Strong manufacturing/engineering background • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Confident, proactive and able to lead from the front 🚀 What's in It for You: • £35,000–£40,000 + 33% night shift allowance • 38-hour working week • Full training provided • 2 months on days/afters initially to understand the operation • Opportunity to lead and develop a growing night shift team If you're an experienced manufacturing supervisor with a strong understanding of machining environments and are ready for your next challenge, apply today
