AI IT Trainer - Leeds - Up to £55K - Hybrid

I am seeking an innovative and engaging AI IT Trainer to join a highly respected legal business based in Leeds. As organisations continue to embrace Artificial Intelligence and Microsoft Copilot technologies, this role will play a crucial part in driving AI adoption, improving productivity and empowering employees to use emerging technologies effectively and responsibly. You will be in the office 3 days a week.
Key skills the AI IT Trainer will have:
Previous experience as an IT Trainer
Excellent exposure and implementation of AI Tools and applications into the workplace
Good Experience with Microsoft 365 (CoPilot, SharePoint and Azure)
Previous E-learning experience (Via presentations, teams/audio calls)
Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex IT concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
Experience within a legal or professional services environment is very desirable
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of structured AI learning for colleagues at different roles, levels and stages of confidence.
Deliver practical learning on AI literacy, opportunities, limitations, responsible use, information handling and appropriate human oversight.
Deliver specialist training and coaching in effective prompting, including how to provide context, define outcomes, improve responses and check output quality.
Design and deliver learning on the appropriate creation, configuration and use of AI agents within the Firm's approved environment.
Provide hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and coaching for colleagues developing agent skills.
Deliver training and support for Microsoft 365, in-house applications and other business-critical systems when required.
