Superb opportunity for a talented Fit out Site Manager We are pulling out all the stops to find a talented Fit out Site Manager who is looking for a genuine career opportunity. We are working alongside a large fit out contractor based in Bristol with a brimming order book. The Site Manager will be responsible for: * Overseeing / managing fit out projects valued up to £4m. * The Site manager will ensure Health, Safety and the Environment their first priority in all decisions and actions. * Manage and deliver all construction activities in an efficient and cost effective manner that causes least disruption. * Demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude at all times whilst understanding the impact of decisions on all aspects of the project. * To report openly and honestly at all times, acknowledging problems, analysing and providing seeking solutions. * To take responsibility and ownership for the entire project. Experiences needed for the role of Site Manager * The successful Site Manager must have experience gained on residential or commercial fit out. * A stable record of employment * The Site Manager will have a recognised construction qualification with all relevant site certifications.
