- THAT MEAN COLD CALLING, RESEARCHING AND BRINGING NEW CLIENTS ON As a Sales Consultant, you'll support the full recruitment cycle and keep everything moving.

Your role will include:
* Calling Leads to get new business
* Generating leads
- research on companies to work with
* Sales calls
- Cold calls to Schools, Care Homes and Businesses to work with us
* Candidate attraction
- posting job adverts, screening applications and building talent pools
* Filling bookings quickly
- matching candidates to roles and supporting consultants during peak demand
* Interviewing & candidate care
- conducting initial interviews, staying in touch and ensuring a smooth experience
* Compliance
- completing right to work checks and keeping documentation up-to-date
* Consultant holiday cover

Who We're Looking For Someone who is:
* Not afraid of picking up calls ad COLD selling to get business
* Friendly, approachable and passionate about helping people
* Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with candidates daily
* Organised with excellent attention to detail
* Always on the gobubbly and likes to keep busy
* Happy juggling different tasks and adapting quickly
