Production Supervisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of operators and technicians, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role offers a balance of people management, process control, and continuous improvement, playing a key part in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and driving consistent performance across the production function. Allocate labour and resources to maintain smooth workflow
Lead, coach, and manage team performance and attendance
Ensure health & safety compliance and correct equipment use
Resolve operational issues quickly to minimise downtime
Monitor KPIs (output, downtime, efficiency) and drive improvements
Maintain quality standards and complete shift reporting
Key Skills for a Production Supervisor: Experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing/production
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of production processes and machinery
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions xwzovoh under pressure
Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve performance
