Recruitment Resourcer (Veteran & Blue Light Focus) Job Type: Full time / Permanent / Hybrid Strong salary plus unlimited commission Location: Farringdon (Occasional travel may be required) Industry: Recruitment of veterans into Construction / Engineering / Transportation / Infrastructure careers Working hours: Farringdon Office Monday – Thursday from 8:30am – 5.30pm; Flexible Location Friday from 8:30am – 4:00pm Start: ASAP Due to increased workload and business expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy recruitment and compliance team in Farringdon. The role will be dedicated to the provision of new careers for UK military veterans, blue light workers and their families. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, professional team and to carve out a recruitment career in an ambitious company with an excellent market reputation, working on major infrastructure projects. All stages of experience considered as full training and support will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across different industries, Building and maintaining a strong candidate database, Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients, Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, Providing administrative support to the whole resourcing team, Maintaining up-to-date records of candidate interactions and job applications What We’re Looking For: Experience / knowledge of Recruitment and UK Military personnel Strong IT / Social Media skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong organisational and time-management abilities, A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, previous experience in recruitment or a related field, a keen interest in the recruitment industry and a desire to learn and grow.
