- £37,000 Our client, a well-established and market-leading organisation, is currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic HR function, supporting a wide range of Employee Relations (ER) matters while partnering with key stakeholders across the business.
Working as part of a wider HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert HR and employment law support, ensuring a consistent and professional service is delivered.
Key Responsibilities: Provide advice and guidance on a full range of Employee Relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes, investigations, and appeals Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring, redundancy, and TUPE processes Advise and support managers with performance management and absence-related issues Draft HR documentation, including outcome letters and formal correspondence Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business Coach and support managers, delivering guidance and training where required Keep managers informed of employment law updates and best practice Support the delivery of HR projects and wider people initiatives About You: To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor position, with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
You will be a confident communicator with a proactive, 'can-do' approach and a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality HR service.
