My client - a highly respected regional main contractor - is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee several live projects up to £10m in value, spanning commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and community developments. This is a rare opportunity to join a business known for its integrity, strong pipeline, and supportive culture. 🔧 The Role As Contracts Manager, you’ll take strategic oversight of several schemes from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring operational, commercial, and quality targets are delivered to the highest standard.
