Fractional CFO for Growth & Capital Strategy (3 Days/Week)

tem is seeking a Fractional CFO for a six‑month interim, three days per week. You will own tem's finance outcome end to end—capital, expansion, infrastructure, and audit readiness—while the permanent CFO search continues.

This role emphasizes ownership and impact over a caretaker approach, with a focus on fast, decisive finance leadership. You will drive capital strategy, manage inbound investor relations, and stand up the US entity operationally as Tem scales.
