We're looking for an experienced Excavator Operative who enjoys working as part of a supportive team, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and is committed to making a positive impact on every project.
Travel, working away, and occasional night and weekend working form part of this varied, hands-on role.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the delivery of highways and infrastructure projects across the UK.
* Operating tracked excavators safely and efficiently on site.
* Carrying out excavation, drainage, trenching and reinstatement activities.
* Working closely with colleagues to deliver projects safely and effectively.
* Following site drawings, specifications and safe systems of work.
* Helping maintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental care.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, supports their team and takes pride in a job well done, alongside:
* Experience operating 10T+ tracked excavators on highways, construction or civil engineering projects.
* A good understanding of safe excavation practices.
* CPCS or NPORS card for 10T+ Tracked Excavator with Lifting Operations.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Highways or National Highways experience.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required.
