Job Description

  • Job Title - Environmental Business Development Executive 
  • Job Type - Permanent 
  • Location - Field Based UK - UK wide travel expected 
  • Hours - per week - Monday to Friday 
  • Salary - Competitive base with Sales Performance Bonus 
  • Industry - Environmental 
  • To identify and develop new profitable revenue business opportunities, assist in marketing activities, identifying and engaging new customers for the SGS Environmental division
  • Selling Climate Change Solutions - specifically GHG accounting and verification 
  • Completing full lifecycle of sales, from presentations, tender processes, contract negotiations
  • This is a revenue focused, business development, field sales role with targets 
  • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in business development or high level account management within a technical service field, whilst delivering customer service excellence

    Essential: 

  • Degree qualified in Environmental Sciences or similar discipline
  • Project management experience 
  • Proven sales background hitting targets 
  • Full clean driving license for use in the UK
