As the firm grows, we are evolving towards a unified identity and permissions model that strengthens security while simplifying access management.We are looking for an IAM Engineering Manager to lead this transformation. You will own the strategy, engineering direction and operational excellence of our IAM platforms, leading a team responsible for authentication, authorisation, identity lifecycle, access governance and developer identity services.Working closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, risk and audit teams, you will simplify architecture, modernise identity services and ensure identity controls are secure, scalable and consistently applied across the organisation.This is a hands-on technical leadership role.
