What You’ll Be Doing
A varied operations role split across customer support and data processing:
* Handling hotel queries via Zendesk
* Supporting with rate and room visibility issues, access requests, and general support tickets
* Loading and maintaining hotel rates accurately across multiple systems
* Working heavily with Excel (VLOOKUP + data manipulation essential)
* Building strong relationships with hotel partners
What They’re Looking For
* Strong attention to detail (this is absolutely key)
* Comfortable using Excel (VLOOKUP/data handling required)
* Good communication skills, especially written
* Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
