We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager Resistors for the North Europe region. This role focuses on driving product strategy, training, and market analysis for Vishay’s resistor portfolio.

Job Location: UK (preferably Newport) or remote

Key Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with European Sales and FAE teams to understand customer requirements and propose the appropriate resistor solutions.
• Collaborate with an international team of technical experts to design and implement custom products as needed.
• Organize technical training and workshops to increase Vishay awareness in the European market.
• Disseminate product strategy across the European distribution network.
• Analyze market trends and provide internal feedback.

Your Skills and Experience

• Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical environment.
• Understanding of electronic circuits in automotive or industrial applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Structured and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and work within an international team.
