Pay rate: £15.00 per hour- Weekly or Monthly Pay Available!
Shift pattern: 20.00-08.00
Hours: 24 hours
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (Manual- due to nature of the role)

We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Night Healthcare Assistant to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Plymouth. This person hasMotor Neurone Disease (MND), Complex Clinical Needs- tracheostomy and ventilation care, PEG feeding and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.

?What youll be doing

As a Healthcare Assistant, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:

• Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 basis
• Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
• Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
• Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
• Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
