HRConsultantThisroleprovidesanHRadvisoryservicecoveringabroadrangeofactivitiesfromadvisingmanagersongeneralHRqueries,supportingrestructure/TUPEprocesses.
HRConsultantThepostholderwillalsoberequiredtoactastheHRAdvisoronEmployeeRelationsmatters,particularlyadvisingtheChairathearingsandappeals.
HRConsultantThepostholdermayalsogetinvolvedinpolicydevelopmentandimplementation.
WearelookingforsomeonewithcharteredstatusofCIPD,orwithaLevel5qualificationandworkingtowardstheirfullCIPDmembership.
Experienceofworkinginlocalgovernmentorthepublicsectorisanadvantage.
