Production / Machine Operator Night

Connect Appointments is recruiting Machine Operators to join an established packaging and print business based in East Kilbride. Our client operates a busy production facility, manufacturing cardboard packaging products across a range of specialist machinery. Ongoing temporary position ~ Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:15pm (with an early Friday finish) ~£13.50 per hour (paid weekly) As a Machine Operator, your duties will include: Operating and monitoring production machinery including Casemakers, Flatbed Die-Cutters and Gluers Loading raw materials and ensuring a smooth flow through the production process Performing quality checks to ensure all products meet required specifications Carrying out basic machine maintenance and cleaning, reporting any issues promptly Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets in line with safety and housekeeping procedures To be considered as a Machine Operator, you will need: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to production schedules Previous experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing or packaging environment is advantageous but not essential Interested in this Machine Operator role?
