Davies is looking for a talented Small Claims Track Lawyer to join their Property Risks & Coverage Team. This role involves handling a diverse range of property recovery files amounting up to £25K. While primarily based in Bolton, flexible working arrangements are supported.

Responsibilities include reviewing claims, conducting investigations, and overseeing legal proceedings from initial contact through to trial. Ideal candidates should have relevant litigation experience and strong communication skills.
