Looking to kick-start your Data Science career in a genuinely hands-on environment? This is an opportunity to join a small, newly formed Data & AI team where you'll work directly with senior leaders, contribute to real projects from day one, and help shape innovative data-driven products.

Their newly formed R&D capability is focused on developing data products and AI solutions that support both internal teams and clients. With a small, highly skilled multidisciplinary team, they offer a hands-on environment where individuals can make a visible impact and contribute across the full product lifecycle. The Role

• Use Python and SQL to analyse and prepare data.
• Conduct exploratory analysis and generate actionable insights.
• Support machine learning, AI and data product initiatives.
• Work alongside Data Scientists, Engineers and AI specialists.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Skills & Experience

• MSc in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline from a Russell Group university.
• Strong Python, SQL and statistical knowledge.
• Hands-on project, research, internship or commercial experience applying Data Science.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
• Exposure to tools such as Databricks, Fabric, Power BI or NLP is advantageous.
